At this time, we are only accepting fully vaccinated clients by appointment only. You may be asked to provide proof of vaccination.

Mask is mandatory for all clients.

We have taken several precautions to protect the health and safety of our clients and ourselves. Here are some of the precautions we have taken:

• We immediately closed our salon when Covid-19 lockdown was declared in Ontario in March 2020.
• We are fully vaccinated. We will show you proof of our full vaccination, if requested.
• We will be wearing masks throughout the duration of your visit to our salon
• We will disinfect and sanitize all stations, tools and sinks between clients
• We are reopening the salon under very strict guidelines as will be explained above for your health and safety AND ours.

Every client will also be expected to comply with all Covid-19 policies and precautions in place at the salon without any exceptions. 

The Covid-19 health and safety precautions currently at the salon are the following:

• If you have cold-like symptoms such as cough, fever, runny nose, sore throat, or shortness of breath DO NOT come to the salon. Please call us to reschedule your appointment.
• Only the person who has an appointment will be allowed into the salon (no other family member or friend allowed). 
• As we have limited space in the salon, parents who wish to stay at the salon for their child’s appointment will be required to sit in a chair outside the salon.
• You will asked to come into the salon at your scheduled time. If you are a family unit, each one of you be called in at the specific time given to you.
• You may be required to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated before you enter the salon. In such a case, we must be satisfied with the proof of vaccination before being allowed into the salon. At this time, the only recognized vaccines in Canada are Pfizer, Morderna, Astra Zeneca and Johnson & Johnson. 
• You will be provided a new mask to wear when you arrive. You are required to wear the new mask fully covering your nose and mouth throughout the duration of your visit to the salon. If you require a five minutes break to catch fresh air, please let us know so that you can step out of the salon.
• All clients will be asked to sanitize their hands upon arrival.
• Chatting on phone is not permitted. 
• Food and beverage are not permitted in the salon. If you require a 15 mins break to eat, you can eat in your car or in a chair at the salon door entrance

Please note that any failure (minor or major) to comply with any of the above policies will lead to immediate stoppage of your hairstyling and you will be asked to leave immediately. No refunds will be provided.

No, all appointments must be scheduled in advance before showing up at our salon. Unfortunately, if you come without an appointment, we will not attend to you.

 No. There is no family discount. Please see our services and price list posted on our website.

No. Only the individual with scheduled appointment will be allowed into Greely Hair Salon. Please note that we do not offer babysitting services.

In addition, due to Covid-19, we will only allow the specific individual with an appointment to come into the salon premises. 

Please kindly make arrangements for your child care before coming to Greely Hair Salon as no exceptions will be made.
